A run sheet (or a rough order of programme), names and pronunciations of VIPs, key talking points, language preferences, dress code and any cultural or family details that matter to you. The more context you share, the more personal the hosting.

Yes — one rehearsal or site recce is included for weddings and major corporate events. Additional rehearsals can be arranged if needed.

Absolutely. I offer combined ROM + banquet packages and coordinate with your hotel banquet manager and bridal party for a seamless day, including tea ceremony cues if required.
